NGAUS Virtual 5k

NGAUS is hosting its very first virtual 5k during the conference this year!

We are pleased that we are able to keep our tradition of our Conference 5k moving forward. It will, however, just look a little different this year. This year we will be hosting a VIRTUAL 5k Run/Walk. What does that mean? It means you will be able to walk or run your OWN race anytime during the race window, which will be Aug 24-30. You can participate where you are in the country. Virtual runs are great in the sense that you can do it on a treadmill, in your backyard if you have the room, a nearby trail or your neighborhood. If you are able to participate with some friends while being socially distancing responsible, that's even better.
